Customer Service:  

1. Payment Gateway tool: Reseller login – allows the user to see a general statistical overview after login. It also provides fast information about the real-time EURO and USD turnover and various time periods can be selected and shown.

2. Detail statistic – provides an overview of statistics for everyday transaction of each merchant. The display includes merchant, TAN, merchant account, timestamp, single user data, amount and currency.

3. User statistics and Contract Display – shows the history of all user transactions, user data, address + cc encrypted and search function containing details of callers. The Contract display will show the contract overview for every merchant along with rates, fees, commission etc. The contract can be edited and the rates changed.

4. Settlement Statements – the backend settlement statement tool provides resellers the capability to upload his company logo and details and the gateway tool automatically creates a PDF settlement statement in the name of the reseller for all merchants and an additional history of all the settlement statements for the accounting office.

5. Settlement Statement Form and Template Creator – the statement form can be branded with the company’s address and logo. The template creator tool allows the reseller to create and brand the settlement statements in his own name. It also provides a download logo function, address, footer and header upload.

6. Live Processing Monitor and the Virtual Terminal – the Live Processing Monitor shows transactions from all MIDs over all merchant accounts in real-time. Single MIDs can be selected from the navigation to monitor special accounts and different colors show you the accepted or declined transactions. The VT (Virtual Terminal) allows the merchant to process credit card transactions simply by using the URL of the gateway backend with every browser without integrating the API. There is no technical integration needed, can be used for call centers, shop businesses and telemarketing.
